Mobility implementation

60 students from Poland just left the Greece, after two weeks long vocational internship organized by GEORGIKES EKMETALEUSEIS & TRAINING SERVICE, in cooperation with Zespół Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych im. Władysława S. Reymonta w Brniu. It was implemented in frame of Erasmus+ project Internships abroad as a chance for the intensification of the professions: technical construction and landscape architecture, no 2017-1-PL01-KA102-036421.
Few months of organizing and hard work was not lost, as stay in Greece for a polish group was really great experience, as they said. It was full of work, but also pleasant time spent on playing volleyball, swimming in the sea or sightseeing through the greatest monuments of Greece, for example Meteors complex. We want to underline big role of our mentor team, who did really great job during those two weeks. They were also very happy as cooperation between them and participant was going on fruitful. Both side could benefit from each other and develop their skills, knowledge and experience.

During the internship, group was divided into two teams, according to their profession. 38 students were working as Construction Technician, and the rest 22 as a landscape architecture technician. They were from 16 to even 19 years old, so we had to adapt a programe for all of them, as they were on different level of vocational experience. Luckily it was possible to make, so all of them can benefit from the internship, and develop their skills. During the evaluation meeting at the end of their stay, they were really appreciating the impact of the project on their future work career.

All is going very well, but we still didn’t fulfil our duties as a partner. There are still many things to do as a promoting results of this great project, which we had a chance to contribute in. Also, we want to pay a lot of attention to evaluate our efforts, as we find it very important to draw some conclusions, which can help to improve our future initiatives. We benefit so much from the project, but we think that there are still areas which can be developed, so this is our next main target.
